Terms of Service

By accessing or using Joey67, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Parents or legal guardians must accept these terms on behalf of children under 18.

Joey67 is an educational platform designed to help Australian primary school students prepare for:

• Opportunity Class (OC) placement tests
• NAPLAN assessments
• Selective High School entrance exams

By using Joey67, you agree to:

• Use the platform for educational purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the service
• Respect other users and create a positive learning environment
• Not share your account details with others
• Report any bugs or issues you encounter

Joey67 Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Two plans are available:

• Monthly: $9.99 AUD per month (1-month period)
• Annual: $99.99 AUD per year (12-month period)

Payment: For purchases on iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. For Android, payment is processed via Google Play. For web, payment is processed via Stripe.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to cancel:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
• Web: Your Joey67 account → Manage subscription

Refunds: App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds are handled by Google. For web subscriptions, contact us at hello@joey67.org.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Joey67 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

While we aim to provide accurate practice questions aligned with Australian curriculum standards, we cannot guarantee results in actual tests.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
